Equity Trust Co. FBO Jeff S. Myers has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported an abandoned space at 211 St Joseph St, Unit 4 that’s creating a fire hazard. The complaint says a door was wide open, allegedly inviting people to camp and potentially start a fire just feet from nearby homes, and the case is awaiting inspection and follow-up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
