5220 Eugene Family Trust has an open property maintenance case for 5220 Eugene Way after neighbors reported an illegally parked car that’s been in the driveway for about two years, plus trash in the front and back yards and consistently overgrown grass. The city opened the code-violation case to get the property tidied up and back in step with the neighborhood.
