4901 Invicta Dr opened Code Violation for mice, broken bathroom window, mold
A tenant at 4901 Invicta Dr has filed a property maintenance complaint against owner On It Realty LLC, saying repeated repair requests have gone unanswered. They report mice throughout the building, a bathroom window that's been broken for months (making the bathroom feel like the outdoors), and visible black mold around the bathroom and kitchen windows; the case is currently open with code enforcement.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
