OM BK Properties LLC has an open property maintenance case for 13730 Dixie Hwy after a Metro Council complaint flagged issues on private property. City crews say they can’t clean the sites because they’re on private land, so the addresses were routed to Codes & Regulations for follow-up and possible inspections.
