7915 Grenelle Dr opened property maintenance case for rodent infestation

Owner Joseph W. Burnett is the subject of an open property maintenance case at 7915 Grenelle Dr after a neighbor filed a complaint blaming a persistent rodent infestation on dogs being kept outside in kennels with food and water. The neighbor says rats have been a problem for over a year (and their family’s for more than three), they've trapped about 20 themselves and now report rodents in their walls and ceiling, and the case remains open while pest and property-maintenance follow-ups are pending.
