4706 FISTER CT Code Violation: Trash over fence at Lower Hunters Trace

A neighbor filed a property maintenance complaint saying the Lower Hunters Trace apartment complex has been tossing trash over the fence, leaving the fence line at 4706 Fister Ct littered and even a dirty rag hanging from a tree. The property is listed to Bossmeyer Robert L; photos were submitted (only one could be uploaded) and the complainant is asking code enforcement to check it out since they were promised the property line would be cleaned weekly.
