1611 Bardstown Rd 201 Landlord began back patio construction without permits

Tenant Alma Cherry reports her landlord began construction behind her patio at 1611 Bardstown Rd, Unit 201 in May 2025 and left the area unsecured, using a piece of pressed plywood and a wooden pallet as a makeshift barrier. Permits & Licensing told her no legal permits were pulled, so a property maintenance case is open against owner Koressel Edwin Brian while the city looks into the safety concern.
