675 LINDELL AVE 3 code violation opened for toilet backup and plumbing delay

Shawnee Renaissance Apartments LLLP has an open property maintenance case after a tenant at 675 Lindell Ave, Apt 3 reported the toilet has been backed up since 11/19. Maintenance tried to unclog it but couldn’t and a promised plumber hasn’t shown up, and the caller was informed that their contact information is part of the public record.
