1575 E WASHINGTON ST code violation: unmaintained, leaning fence on east side
SRM Concrete has an open property-maintenance code violation after inspectors found the solid fence on the east side of their property at 1575 E Washington St leaning outward toward the sidewalk and street. The fence, which runs along Frankfort Avenue across from 1523, 1529 and 1535 Frankfort Avenue, shows rotted wood and failing boards and was cited as a safety hazard and a county ordinance violation. Owner Hollingshead Materials LLC is listed on the case, which remains open pending repairs or further inspections.
