5119 Bardstown Rd opened for code violation case

Fern Creek Fire responded to smoke at 5119 Bardstown Rd and found people illegally burning materials; crews reported that 5119, 5121, and 5201 Bardstown Rd are vacant, in disrepair, and being used as shelter. The owner, Regal Park LLC, is listed on the open property-maintenance case and the fire department is requesting that the homes be razed to make room for future development.
