Owner Fitch James IV has an open property maintenance case at 101 N Peterson Ave after inspectors found junked furniture in the front yard and boxes and other items piled in the driveway by the garage. The report notes it “looks like a hoarding situation,” so the city has the case open pending cleanup or follow-up inspections.
