2208 Lowell Ave code violation for garbage and debris; cleanup requested

Owners John E. & Lisa Kinderman have an open property maintenance case after city inspectors say the exterior at 2208 Lowell Ave. is not free of garbage, rubbish, and debris. The report notes numerous piles of junk in the backyard, beside and behind the garage, and at least one probable inoperable vehicle parked in the back, and requests that the unsightly items be cleaned up or removed.
