735 EASTERN PKY 111 reported code violation for property maintenance

A tenant reports their apartment at 735 Eastern Pkwy, Unit 111 flooded and says they’ve been displaced for about a month while carpet cleaning/removal and plumbing repairs are completed. The property is owned by Louisville Metro Housing Authority and a property maintenance code case is open; the caller asked that their identity and contact number not be released.
