1967 Payne St code violation for overhanging tree over sidewalk

Geoffrey Hobin and Jennifer E. Hubbard have an open property maintenance case at 1967 Payne St after a neighbor reported a large tree hanging low over the sidewalk. The complaint says branches overhang about 4 feet above the walkway — forcing people to duck or step into the street — so the city is requesting the tree be trimmed back (case due 11/23/2025).
