712 CEDAR GROVE TER opened code violation case for fenced area and overgrowth

Marcus Peel has an open property-maintenance code case after fencing off part of 712 Cedar Grove Terrace, apparently to avoid maintaining overgrowth; he owns 708, 710, and 712 and lives at 708 Cedar Grove Terrace. A complaint was filed more than four months ago, a compliance officer was assigned, but the record notes nothing has been done and Peel is disputing ownership of the fenced section.
