Third Street Louisville Multifamily, owner of 537 S 3rd St, has an open property maintenance case after tenants reported the whole building has been without hot water since Saturday and say management hasn't done anything about it. Complaints also cite black mold in the living room, bedroom and bathroom of a unit, a roach infestation, and broken exterior doors — the sort of issues that typically prompt city inspections.
