1940 Roanoke Ave Code Violation opened for trash left out and rodent activity
Owners Daniel L. and Beverly Roach have a property maintenance case open after a neighbor complained about trash regularly being left out at 1940 Roanoke Ave. The report says rodents have been rummaging through garbage on collection days because bags aren’t put in cans — the neighbor says it happens almost every week and included photos, so city inspectors are investigating.
