331 E St Catherine St cited for leaves piled on sidewalks
Owner Tonya Christine Riley has an open property maintenance case at 331 E St Catherine St after a caller reported that the yardwork company servicing her home and a nearby apartment complex gathered leaves and left large piles on the sidewalk in front of two other residences. The issue is listed as a code violation and remains open while city staff follows up on who’s responsible for cleanup.
