D & L Property LLC, listed as the owner of Healthy ADHC of Louisville, is the subject of a property maintenance/code violation case at 9131 Fern Creek Road. A constituent emailed photos saying an old construction fence is still in place and the dumpster is overflowing — inspectors are checking whether the fencing is blocking trash pickup or if the bin is simply being neglected, and the complaint has been forwarded to Building and Codes.
