1039 GARROW CT: Code violation for tossing garbage out back door
Owner Cindi Lewallen is the subject of an open property maintenance case after a caller reported someone tossing household garbage out the back door at 1039 Garrow Ct. Neighbors worry the piles could attract vermin and that loose trash will blow into the street, so the complaint has been logged as a code violation for city follow-up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
