Owner Bastola Durga has an open code violation at 11502 Willow Branch Dr after a Porta Potty was reported sitting on the side of the house since November 1, 2025. Neighbors also reported large piles of trash bags behind the backyard fence, a makeshift structure, and multiple propane tanks with daily cooking in the garage — a concerning mix of health, property, and fire hazards (photo included).
