2306 Elmore Street code violation for front yard rat baiting request
Robin L. Franzell has asked the city to bait the front yard at 2306 Elmore St to address a rat problem. The request notes there are dogs on the property and that she’s aware a waiver will be required; the issue is being handled as an open property-maintenance/code-violation case.
