3431 Northwestern Pkwy, Apt. 5: Code violation; emergency assistance requested

Aniyah Washington, who lives at 3431 Northwestern Parkway, Apt. 5 in New Directions public housing, emailed to report broken windows and ongoing rodent issues she first reported more than a month ago and says still haven’t been fixed. Because she calls the conditions unsafe for her and her children, she’s requesting emergency assistance and an emergency transfer to another unit; the property is owned by Russell Apartments LLC and the property maintenance complaint is open with code enforcement for follow-up.
