1237 BATES AVE open code violation for garbage buildup and rodent risk
Owner Nicole Larson has an open property-maintenance code complaint at 1237 Bates Ave after a caller reported a lot of garbage piled on and around overflowing carts that haven’t been serviced in the past month. The caller says the trash is attracting rats, so the city has the case open to get the waste cleared and address the resulting pest concern.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
