14301 Old Henry Rd opened a Code Violation for Property Maintenance

Owner Charles R. and Barbara L. Downs have an open property maintenance case tied to 14301 Old Henry Rd after a neighbor reported a very large tree along Sycamore Falls Drive with two massive broken limbs hanging over the mailbox at 15107 Sycamore Falls Drive. The complaint says the limbs make it unsafe for residents and USPS to access the mailbox and notes Downs owns about five acres along that stretch, so city inspectors may be asked to assess and address the hazard.
