1205 W Chestnut St Code Violation Opened for Leak and Flooding

Maintenance made temporary repairs but the leak returned Saturday, the toilet was snaked, and the unit flooded again late Saturday—leaving the utility room and closet waterlogged and residents unable to use the heat. After-hours calls were told to wait until Monday for a supervisor, so the problem remains unresolved for now.
