5013 WABASH PL opened for Code Violation ENF-PMNT-25-021823

Owner Eri & Ewa Ayobandele Investments Lim has an open property maintenance case after a tenant at 5013 Wabash Pl reported multiple serious issues. The tenant says a broken gas valve and a broken main pipe caused raw sewage to back up into the basement, it took about three and a half days to get gas restored, and the hot water heater was tagged and still won’t work. The tenant also notes they’d only been in the unit a week and the landlord reportedly told inspectors he has no money to make repairs, so the city has the case open for follow-up.
