1241 Keswick Blvd opened code violation for overgrown backyard
Owners Russell Eugene and Abagael Michalski have an open property maintenance case at 1241 Keswick Blvd after a neighbor emailed that the backyard at the corner of Pindell and Fetter is so overgrown it blocks sightlines when turning from Fetter onto Pindell. The complainant says they were nearly “blindsided” twice—once by a car and once by a pedestrian—and even spotted someone camping in the thick brush, so the city has the case open to address the overgrowth.
