200 Old Towne Rd opened a Property Maintenance Case for yard clutter

Owner Robin L. Davison has an open property maintenance case after a caller reported the backyard at 200 Old Towne Rd looks like a junkyard. The report says tattered tarps are strewn about, items are piled against the back and side of the house and in front of the garage door, and the garage itself is allegedly full from floor to ceiling — the caller suspects possible hoarding.
