7209 Vaughn Mill Rd 40228 Code Violation Opened for Toilet Overflow
Louisville Metro Housing Authority has an open property-maintenance case after a tenant reported an upstairs toilet overflowed and leaked into the unit at 7209 Vaughn Mill Rd. The complaint says floors and carpet are saturated and there are holes in the walls and ceiling — basically a soggy mess — and the tenant says they reported it on Tuesday with no repairs yet. The city record shows the case is open while inspections and corrective work are pending.
