549 EASTERN PKWY Code Violation: neighbor feeding wildlife and yard debris

Donna M. McCoy has an open property-maintenance code complaint at 549 Eastern Pkwy after neighbors say she’s feeding wild animals on her back porch multiple times a day—especially peanuts and other seeds—which has attracted lots of squirrels, rodents, and left peanut shells and even volunteer peanut plants in nearby yards and sidewalks. The report also says hired yard crews are blowing leaves, grass, seeds, and occasional trash into surrounding yards and sometimes parking at the end of the driveway, creating weed problems and reduced visibility for drivers backing out.
