Bohannon Revocable Trust has an open property-maintenance case at 338 N 27th St after reports of trash in the rear, a hole in the back roof, and people — apparently squatters — coming in and out. City inspectors have the case active while they work to inspect, secure the building, and require cleanup and repairs.
