Louisville and Jefferson County Land, owner of 3736 Lentz Ave, has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported squatters tearing boards off a window and getting inside the long-vacant house. The complaint says the property has been empty for more than 10 years, is an eyesore and a rodent haven, and asks the city to demolish it — the case is open and awaiting action.
