2812 Rowan St code violation opened for unsecured entry after door kicked in

Owner Creagh Eric reports that people experiencing homelessness kicked in the front door and removed the boarding from a basement window at the side of the house at 2812 Rowan St. He says he used a few drywall screws to keep them out last night but the property still needs to be properly secured; a property maintenance case is open.
