Property owner Mir Frank E Catala is the subject of an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported sewage leaking from the property at 9500 Polaris Dr and spilling into their rear yard. The Metro Sewer District told the neighbor the fix is the owner's responsibility, and because the problem hasn't been repaired the case remains open for follow-up.
