847 MCCAWLEY RD Open code violation for condo water leaks and ceiling collapse
Anchored Property LLC has an open property-maintenance case after reports of recurring water leaks at the condo at 847 McCawley Rd. The bedroom leak was fixed but interior damage remains — the kitchen still leaks every time it rains and a portion of the kitchen ceiling has fallen in, and property management has not addressed the issue.
