Latasha Sarver has filed a property-maintenance complaint on behalf of her mother, Paula Macklin, reporting a notable decline in health since moving into Park DuVall Senior Living at 2900 Dr. William G. Weathers Drive, Apt 211. She says Paula has had nine emergency-room visits (two of which led to overnight hospital stays), is currently hospitalized and now sees a pulmonologist, and is asking the Housing Authority of Louisville to investigate possible causes; the code-violation/property-maintenance case is open.
