4614 Outer Loop Louisville KY 40219 code violation for deteriorating mall sign

A property maintenance case has been opened for the Jefferson Mall sign at 4614 Outer Loop, owned by Louisville City Property Co LLC. The complaint says the sign panels are coming apart in the wind—some pieces already blew off—while the metal frame appears intact, and because many people walk through the area neighbors are worried the tall sign could fall and injure someone.
