7105 Hawkins Rill Dr 3 opened code violation for heat outage

Brookridge Village Apartments LLC has an open property maintenance/code-violation case after a tenant at 7105 Hawkins Rill Dr, Unit 3 reported that the heat is out and the HVAC has been intermittently cutting in and out for weeks. Maintenance says they’ll come as soon as possible but aren’t required to treat it as an emergency unless the outside temperature falls below 50 degrees, and the caller was told their contact info is part of the public record.
