105 ST MATTHEWS AVE Code violation: grease dumpster in alley removal requested

The Deerfield Company has an open property maintenance complaint at 105 St Matthews Ave after a dumpster full of grease was left in the shared alley behind the building. The complainant says the company that generated the grease went out of business, the mess is attracting rodents and roaches, and attempts to reach the last owner and the property manager have so far gone unanswered.
