2300 MAGAZINE ST Code Violation: Debris in rear yard reported

LAT Real Estate LLC, owner of 2300 Magazine St, has an open property maintenance/code violation case after a citizen reported refrigerators, beds, vehicles and other debris piled in the rear yard and merely covered with a tarp. The report says the tarp hasn’t hidden the mess from neighbors, and the case is open and awaiting city follow-up.
