2217 Glenmary Ave opened a Code Violation for loud mechanical noise

Owner Luber Joseph B II has an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported a large mechanical noise coming from 2217 Glenmary Ave. The complaint says the noise has been going on for the last one to two weeks and can be heard more than a block away; the case is open and awaiting inspection or further action.
