210 E Burnett Ave 4 Code Violation tarp attached to front of commercial building

Owner Norton David has an open property-maintenance case after a large tarp was attached to the entire front of the commercial building at 210 E Burnett Ave, Unit 4, and has reportedly been in place for about two months. A complaint calls it an eyesore and a potential mosquito-breeding hazard and notes the tarp is prohibited in the TNZD, so the city has the case open and a site visit is on file.
