6601 Strawberry Ln 3 Code Violation: HVAC filter missing; heat not working
Avvish Enterprise LLC is listed on an open property maintenance code violation after a tenant at 6601 Strawberry Ln, Unit 3 reported the landlord still hasn’t put a filter in the HVAC system and they can’t turn on the heat. The case is open while city staff follow up, so hopefully this turns into a quick filter swap and a warmer apartment soon.
