7008 GREEN SPRING DR: Code Violation inspection requested

Owner Lawrence R. Rosen is the subject of an open property maintenance/code violation case at 7008 Green Spring Dr after a neighbor asked the city to inspect for multiple safety and upkeep problems. Complainant Chip Hayward (502-295-5555) reports trees blocking the view at Green Spring Drive and Deepwood Drive, gutters falling off, high grass and weeds (drawing rodents and reptiles), garbage on the front porch, a broken mailbox, a backyard in disrepair, and possible hoarding and unsafe conditions in a back sunroom.
