Inverness Properties LLC has an open property maintenance case over recurring sewage backups at 8003 Zelma Fields Ave. The tenant says the kids’ bathroom flooded on August 29 and again on October 16, plumbers made temporary fixes (even cutting a hole in a daughter’s wall), and blame a clog of branches and roots from a large front-yard tree that property management hasn’t had dug out — plus a persistent sewer smell the tenant calls a health hazard.
