Susan Bryan has filed a property maintenance complaint alleging fraud, mold poisoning and other dangerous conditions in Unit 4 at 2044 Midland Ave, saying the situation “is not going away.” The city has opened a code violation case against the building owned by Cowley William E Jr & Mary D; the record is currently open and shows no completed inspections yet.
