300 Axis Dr 307 filed a property maintenance/code violation complaint

A tenant at The Axis on Lexington (300 Axis Dr., Apt. 120) has filed a Property Maintenance Case against Axis Apartments LLC alleging code violations. The complaint describes visible mold in and around the HVAC closet and vents, moisture and grime in the laundry area with a disconnected dryer vent, orange residue around pipes and ceiling stains, and even a recent vet visit for the tenant’s cat that the tenant says points to environmental irritation. The tenant says management’s response has been slow and is asking Louisville Metro for an immediate on-site inspection and a written report of any required remediation.
