7702 Preston Hwy opened code violation case for crawl space flooding

A property maintenance case is open for Born Free Inc. at 7702 Preston Hwy after a caller reported water problems. They say heavy rain is flooding the crawl space and backing up onto the back of the property (the caller referenced 7700 Preston) and requested that an inspector come out while it's raining and contact her so the drainage issue can be seen firsthand.
