If you drove past 12815 Dixie Hwy lately you might’ve noticed the tall weeds, busted windows and a pile of junk out front — the city file lists overgrown vegetation, cracked or inoperable windows, rubbish and graffiti, an unregistered rental, and possible abandoned vehicles.
Code enforcement opened a property maintenance case on August 26; cleaning shows partial compliance, but window repairs and rental registration show no compliance and the vehicle issue hasn’t been inspected yet.
